Sedrino Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Sedrino and is part of the Agreement.

We want a platform that is reliable and safe. You may not use the Services in a way that harms others, breaks the law, compromises security, or disrupts the Services.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not (and may not allow others to) use the Services to:

1.1 Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • violate third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights);
  • harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation.

1.2 Security abuse and malicious activity

  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without permission;
  • distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code;
  • create backdoors, credential theft tooling, or exploit chains intended for wrongdoing;
  • conduct phishing, social engineering, or credential stuffing.

1.3 Disruption, overload, or circumvention

  • overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or Third-Party Services;
  • bypass rate limits, quotas, access controls, or usage tracking;
  • run automated scraping/crawling at scale without our written permission.

1.4 Fraud, spam, or deceptive practices

  • send spam, scams, or deceptive communications;
  • run pyramid schemes or other fraudulent solicitations;
  • use the Services for abusive advertising.

1.5 Sensitive data and regulated content

  • submit regulated or highly sensitive data unless expressly permitted in an Order Form (e.g., HIPAA PHI, payment card data, government ID numbers);
  • process data you do not have the legal right to process.

1.6 Misuse of AI features

  • use the Services to generate or disseminate instructions or content for wrongdoing (e.g., malware, unauthorized hacking, fraud);
  • misrepresent AI Output as human-generated in contexts likely to cause material harm or deception;
  • use AI Output without appropriate review in high-risk contexts.

2. Enforcement

2.1 Investigation. We may investigate suspected AUP violations.

2.2 Actions. We may warn, throttle, restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove or disable deployments, and/or take other actions we deem necessary to protect the Services or others.

2.3 No obligation to monitor. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so to enforce the Agreement and protect the Services.

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, report it to support@sedrino.com.
